So, it’s just another game of Pandemic 2, and as a joke, I decided to name my disease Pastelpantophelia (and Eat Your Kimchi reference for any of the few followers who are also Nasties). Oh my. So many deaths. Only three countries were spared. I have baby pictures. xD Of course, this all went down before I unlocked all of the symptoms too. Hehehehe.

I know you guys were joking about the 24 hr livechat but it reminded me of the lock-ins we did at school to raise money for charity. What if you guys raised donations and when you met your goal you did a lock in live chat for a night and every time we met a new goal someone else had to join (like Leigh or Soo Zee). We could make you play stupid and embarrassing games/challenges and all the money could be donated somewhere (like animal shelters)

We’d love to go! But we haven’t been approached by any event organizers yet! It’s not in our budget to fly out to countries on our own, but if anyone wants to host an event and bring us over, we’re totally interested in doing it :D

We’ve been in discussions with someone about it. We’re hoping it’ll work out! But, we’ve also been in discussions with other countries where the trips didn’t work out. But, so far, this Norway thing is looking pretty good :D

So, here are two comments, from the same video, and it shows the problem we sometimes have with commenters. We’re too demeaning to some and too sugar-coating to others. We praise things too much and bash things too often. We say too many good things and too many bad things. We’re cheerleaders and haters.

Which kinda leads me to think that this has more to do with issues that the commenters are dealing with themselves, rather than what’s going on in our videos. People often see what they want to see, and hear what they want to hear.

Want to Visit the Eatyourkimchi Nasty Studio?:

Ok, so here’s something we’ve been thinking about:

We’ve had a lot of people ask to stop by the studio and see it. People email us every day about it. Problem is, we can’t say yes to these emails, because

1) We’re so busy with filming and editing that we can’t be disrupted. We really work ALL THE TIME and barely have time for play.
2) If we said yes to everyone we’d never get anything done ever.
3) With interviews and other meetings happening all the time, it wouldn’t be a good idea for random people to stop in, you know?

Buuuuut we still want to have Nasties stop by the studio. So, we’re trying to come up with a possible solution.

First thing, though, is that we’re trying to gauge the amount of interest. So, question is: How many of you are living in Seoul or visiting Seoul, and how many of you would be interested in seeing the studio?

Let us know on our Facebook poll, so we can start getting a decent look at the numbers and so we can start planning a feasible course of action. We’d love to have you guise stop by! We just gotta figure out how to do it first…
